GFBLA offers members the opportunity to collaborate closely with fellow musicians in flexible, small-group settings ranging from duets to 10+ player instrumental choirs. These ensembles provide a space for focused musicianship, leadership, and artistic exploration while expanding member performance opportunities beyond GFBLA Band concerts. GFBLA Chamber Ensembles regularly participate in GFBLA events and support performance requests and community engagements that promote acceptance and celebrate diversity throughout Los Angeles.
Current GFBLA Chamber Ensembles include the Sepulveda Sax Quartet, the Tootie Fruities Clarinet Ensemble, as well as GFBLA Brass Quintet, Trombone Quartet, and Percussion Ensemble.
