Andy (he/him) joined GFBLA as a percussionist in August 2022 and manages the percussion section. He also plays the bassoon and clarinet. Andy is a SoCal native and grew up in Downey. He is a research analyst for the USC Race and Equity Center where he develops quantitative racial equity and campus racial climate surveys, writes research publications, and presents research at academic and professional conferences. He holds a B.S. in Psychobiology from UCLA. In his leisure time, Andy enjoys cooking, supporting local cafés, and attending Zumba classes.
